Scope and quotes

Every project is defined by a written quote. Work outside that scope is quoted before it is built — never invoiced as a surprise.

Payment

50% deposit to book the build, balance at launch. Retained and Enterprise engagements are invoiced per the written agreement.

Ownership

You own the deliverables on final payment: domain, code, repository, accounts and data. We may credit the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Support

Each package includes the support period stated in its scope. After that, Run plans cover monitoring, maintenance and small changes under a defined SLA.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
